Stays cool in the house w/o AC (was in the 80s during our stay) as long as you keep the windows and shades shut.Owners have also added bunk beds off the living/dining area which is perfect for us. I'm very picky with beds but can happily state the beds were pretty comfy. Nice upgrades, very clean, tons of supplies, firewood and everything you need....
