The house was beautiful, clean, and ready to go. They had a great selection of board games and DVDs. We had a wonderful time. The back porch was a great place to hang out after a long day of floating.

Ozark retreat was perfect for our trip to Ft.Leonard wood graduation. Definitely recommend for future graduate families. The good morning from the neighbors horses was a pleasant bonus that made us feel very at home.

This house was cozy, well stocked and very clean. We loved the outdoor back porch, fire pit and log cabin beauty of the home. There were also a ton of games for the kids to play and lots of extra blankets for cold nights. We would love to visit again!

This is about our 4th time staying at this cabin. We are always pleased with the cleanliness and hospitality. The kitchen supplies everything that we need for cooking, there are plenty of clean towels and linens, and the outdoor space allows for family games/activities. We are never disappointed.

What a delightful stay in Licking, MO! The home was charming, comfortable, perfectly stocked with amenities, and it felt like home.My eldest som remarked that this was his favorite place we’ve ever stayed…and we travel a lot!

The price was amazing for what we got , and it fit our family of 7. The cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need , especially if you forgot to pack some essentials. Beautiful property as well. The kids had a blast playing outside. They had large jenga, horseshoes, volly ball , games etc and the adults enjoyed the gas fire pit on the back porch while we watched our kids play. We will be choosing this place every time we come to Licking.
