« Service catastrophique, nonchalance envers leurs hôtes, en 12 jours la chambre a été nettoyé 2 fois ils font la sourde oreille à nos réclamations, les serviettes faut les ramener pour les échanger, ont été obligé de changer de chambre problème de climatisation et la piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner. »

« First time booking here sosuite at the onyx the apartment was nice and clean when I got there checking was a breeze walkable to places good amenities like washing machine combo in the bathroom and there was a kitchen and a full size fridge tv too they had rooftop forget to check the rooftop. all in all my stay was great I couldn't pick a better place to stay in would definitely go back here on my next stay in Philly. »
