« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. « The breakfast menu, or even option was NOT mentioned to me. As I waited in line I heard the front desk staff give the welcoming speal to the 3 guest in front of me checking in. But then when I checked in NOTHING! »

L’utilisation de Brooking est plus simple et ne cause pas ce genre de situation. Comme faire pour me faire rembourser maintenant ??? »
