« Curieusement seule une aile de l'hôtel était disponible et il y avait des travaux dans cette ailes donc beaucoup de bruit dans la journée. Les chambres sont surannées et mériteraient un véritable rafraîchissement. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas particulièrement aimable. Une grande déception. »

« Arrived after a horrendous journey of over 12 hours, during which an international flight from Germany was diverted twice and landed in PHL. Check-in staff were extremely friendly and efficient.
