« Service catastrophique, nonchalance envers leurs hôtes, en 12 jours la chambre a été nettoyé 2 fois ils font la sourde oreille à nos réclamations, les serviettes faut les ramener pour les échanger, ont été obligé de changer de chambre problème de climatisation et la piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner. »

« The room felt half finished with a couple of walls that had one coat of white paint over a darker original colour. The only Chair in the room had a loose seat. The baseboard edge was dirty. The caulking in the bathroom had mold… 😊 »

« We stay at seven springs often, the rooms are always clean, nice bathrooms with plenty of towel, stop and necessities..love the scent of the body wash, so clean smelling. Love walking to the slopeside restaurant, and Bavarian lounge,.our favorite places to visit. We always go to the ice cream store in the evening, and mornings for coffee and breakfast sandwiches, the best on the mountain! We love visiting and will be back soon »
