« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. « Very clean ,but dated. Was glad to see laminate flooring, & not carpet. Had upper floor room with 1 average sized window so room was dark. Staff were excellent. Very friendly & attentive. Average breakfast. »

« The house was clean, well-appointed, and fit our needs well. Other than the propane issue that was resolved fast, the management company could ensure better supplies of paper towels and cleaning supplies for longer stays. Overall a very good stay, thank you! »
