« Excellent spot for a Winter Retreat! We had plenty of space to spread out and plenty to do that we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to! The house was immaculate and well stocked! »

« The hosts were wonderful and made sure we had what we needed when we arrived, including making sure we had access to the private parking away from shop/restaurant traffic. We dropped our equipment rental at Beech and rented direct from White Wolf when we arrived which was excellent service and convenient allowing us to skip the lines at Beech and walk right onto the slopes from the rental. « Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

The outside of the property could use a little work but the inside was perfect. We had nine family members meet here for a get-together and it was enough to accommodate everyone. I recommend this place highly. »

« Such a beautiful property. We had a group of 4 couples and loved the space, individual en suites and the whole Asheville area. « This was an amazing place to just sit on the porch and relax. It was so homey and comfortable. It rained a good bit during our stay so hearing that on the metal roof was perfect. We enjoyed it immensely. You really don’t need to bring anything other than food and clothes. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Although you are up in the mountains away from everything, Hendersonville is 10 minutes away, with groceries and restaurants being even closer. Enjoy. »

« Have rented several houses in the mountains for our group. This was the best. The view of mountains is fantastic. It is also the best equipped house we have rented. Because in the past we have experienced a lack of utensils , etc I take pans to cook. This time did not need them. I highly recommend this house and Melissa. »
