« Wonderful stay at this "Rutherfordton Retreat"; it's in a pleasant and quiet/gated community near TIEC and easy access to I74; very clean upon arrival; comfy beds and couch that folds out for relaxing; communication great with owner; we brought our small dog and it was a great set up for him; we cook a lot so appreciated how the kitchen was well stocked; overally a very positive experience. would highly recommend! »

« What a beautiful house in Spruce Pine! The views were incredible and so peaceful sitting on the deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and everything was super clean. There was a lot of hiking and waterfalls in the area to check out. We will definitely be back! »

« Lovely home with lots of cozy touches! Our favorite room was the very large screened porch with a dining table, comfortable wicker chair arrangements and two anti-gravity lounge chairs. From here we listened to the sounds of the creek and enjoyed amazing firefly shows every night. (We visited in July.) It was magical! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. « We had a large group and utilized all four bedrooms! We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the sounds of nature and the GORGEOUS view. The large table saw shared meals, board games, and lots of laughter! It was such a comfortable stay, and so close to everything we wanted to do. We were already talking about returning before our trip was over!! »
