« Overall our stay was excellent. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed being close to the beach trail. The pool in the community was also very well maintained. We mostly enjoyed the beach and fishing, but also had good meals at Snapper’s and Waterfront. Would also recommend checking out Matagorda Outfitters and grabbing a Daquiri or sno cone at the Daq Shack! »

« The host was very nice and welcoming. The place was clean, well-stocked with cookware and extra towels, and had a great balcony view. It was the perfect spot for a beach weekend with friends — there were four of us and we all fit comfortably. We had a great time and made a lot of fun memories during our stay! I would suggest booking this cozy place! Just bring bug spray for the mosquitoes. »

As you have a beach view right from the back balcony, and if you choose to go above, you have a wonderful view there as well at night when the sun goes down there’s a porch on the front that is screened in with a table That you can enjoy without the night bugs bothering you. We had a couple hiccups, missing charcoal grill and a/c went out , but she was quick to get us a grill and had someone out the next morning to fix a/c(on a holiday weekend)!
