« It was great to have a little home base while we explore and hike the surrounding area. We also had it pretty nice and cool. Be warn, it doesn’t stay super cool all day as it was hot. It was around the 90s and the ac barely kept the place at 78 during the day. But you’re supposed to be out anyways. Pleasant stay. »

« Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend...

« Property was well-groomed and taken care of very clean. The extra bonuses like coffee, creamer, condiments et cetera were a great surprise. Spoke with the owner about getting different internet. Coverage from cellphone towers was not that great. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I'm in the area. »

« We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back for more stays.The only thing missing was wash clothes and hand towels.I would add in the coffee is a kurig and not a actual coffee pot.I went to town and bought one for our stay. »

« Si vous faites la Route 66 et que vous cherchez un logement, cet endroit est parfait. Le cadre est magnifique ( un ancien tribunal local) et vous y passerez un excellent moment A recommender ! Bravo au propriétaire. »

« It's a nice apartment, cheaply but competently renovated. There were cobwebs around when we arrived but otherwise it was clean. The beds are VERY nice, extremely comfortable which is so important. My biggest gripe, something not demonstrated in the listing, is the fact that the property directly borders an actve train teack, and when i say it's right outside I mean it is RIGHT outside. I was kept up the entire night one of the nights of our stay because of a pair of trains stopping and starting...

« Window a/c was full of mold so the apartment smelled musky, no hot water the first night i was there.. the host did have the issues addressed.. bed fell apart in the middle of the night and mattress ended up on the floor… the dishes were not very clean! The dinner is only open 2 evening ls a week »

« This is a large, clean place with good water pressure, air conditioning, and laundry facilities. The bathroom light is dim and the best mirror for shaving etc is in one of the bedrooms. The bed I used was ok. I had a little trouble with the single-cup Keurig machine. There is no rack for washing dishes and no knife appropriate for cutting up fruit.
