« My family and I enjoyed our stay at Derek’s place. The house comfortably fit our group (adults and kids) and allowed us plenty of space to spread out. The location was great - easy to access downtown, grocery stores and the natural beauty of TC. Derek was a great communicator and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. »

« The updated house was super clean, and everything seemed very new. Easy access to Traverse City as well as Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bears Dunes, and Old Mission Peninsula. »

« Great communication. House was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. The driveway has a bit of a slope down from the road, so if you plan a winter trip here you may want 4wd. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The accommodations were great, however the master bed frame broke first day. I did not give a full 5 stars because of the lack of privacy as the owner & his grown son live upstairs, very nice and helpful but he did insist on inviting himself in the very first day we arrived and knocked on the door for various reason multiple times during our stay including late at night, being a mom traveling with our 3 daughters to stay close to my husband while he worked made us feel slightly uncomfortable. »
