It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

« This unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the fireplace and view of the water. It had all the amenities we wanted. We would stay there again. We were disappointed that the hot tub was under repair and the one treadmill was broken - we understand that can happen though. »

« Great location! Close to beach and downtown. Condo has been mostly remodeled. New furniture, cute but also tastefully done nautical theme. Nice to have 2 sofa beds! Bathroom was a little rough. Dated and worn faucets, shower, knobs etc. Mattress was very hard. Screened in porch was a little dirty and there was a rotten smell outside. Maybe gas? No table/chairs to sit at to play games, eat, work etc. Pool was not heated for summer and there were some repairs needed but functional. It was a...
