« Easy check in and check out, host was very proactive in communication and location was great for activities in and around Traverse City area. »

« Poor communication with host, never answered questions at stay. No internet available, could not use TV. Silverware and utensils put away unclean. Cabinets unclean. Refrigerator smelled. Toilet tank refilling made loud noise. Tub/shower did not drain well. Across from hospital. »

« Great veiw and clean place. However it is a shared property with the homeowner so the semi private is due to owner not because of neighbors and the ac controls are there but could not be adjusted below 72°. »

« The accommodations were fine and access to the property was easy. It’s located some distance to restaurants and grocery shopping, but not an inconvenience. One issue we did have was access to the dock. We were lead to believe that it was a part of the property itself even though it was across from a somewhat busy road. We only learned of not having access to it only upon reading rules of the house. Fortunately, we didn’t need the dock, but it would have been nice to see the bay close up. »

« The property overall was fine for only being there for a weekend. The getting ready space was lacking with only one small vanity mirror in the bathroom that would up if someone else was showering. There is plenty of space in the duplex for another mirror to make getting ready easier, especially if it is more than just one person staying. The parking situation, although it was mentioned in the listing, was a pain especially for being here in the winter months. There is no alternative space or...
