« Great location! Just across from Anderson Market, Lyla’s Restaurant and Hop Lot, walkable to town. Adjacent to a nice little park for kids and dogs. Second time staying at this cute basic cottage. We will stay again but I hope it will be a bit cleaner. All bedding was clean and we slept well. Floors and cobwebs were the issue but tolerable. The host was excellent and responsive to TV and internet issues. »

« We were sorely disappointed in this property. The smell of mildew was overpowering when we stepped into the home. We tried airing it out and using air fresheners but nothing worked for the entire week we were there. The home is an old vacation type with mismatched decor and tired fixtures. Dead bugs on the bed covers. Mouse droppings in the kitchen drawers. Had to wash all dishes and silverware before use. Floors were uneven and sloping. TV was very small. Towels were old and...

« This wasn't a private home or beach as I had hoped (and for the price). The small beach area is shared with 3 other cottages and the property has a partial road/trail thats heavily used that runs through the property. It could use some furniture and cleaning updates but was a great location walkable to town and was good for a long weekend with family. »
