« We stayed for a weekend in connection with picking up our son from a nearby camp. The house was nice and clean. The water level was low so you had to walk a bit or take your car to the neighborhood boat launch. We did that and the kids loved swimming in the lake. Walking the lakebed area was very cool in the early morning too. Friendly people in the area. The owners offer a lot of amenities that are great if the water level is normal. « We stayed fri-sun and everything was absolutely perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready for our use. We had everything we needed- towels, pool towels, comfy beds, coffee and the kitchen was fully stocked. My friends and I rested well and played in Burnet too - cute market square Saturday morning and yummy margaritas at el charro. I can’t wait to book again. The sunsets were also phenomenal. »

« Our family drove 10 hours to visit our kiddo station near by. The convenience of having a house only 10 mins from him was great. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and helpful. My whole family loved the house. It was clean and well kept. There is plenty of room for everyone. Our future visits we will be looking at the availability of this house to stay here again. The kids also enjoyed the fact that the deer were so friendly. »

« The house was perfect for our family of 5. Our boys loved the upstairs bunk room! They also enjoyed walking down to the lake and skipping rocks. The charcoal grill came in handy for dinners. When we weren’t at the house, we spent most of our time exploring nearby state parks. Overall, definitely 5 stars! »

« Property nice and quiet, pretty secluded. Took forever for the place to cool down, hot when I arrived. No closets at all. Couldn’t use the dresser in the room for my things. They were filled with extra bedding and a note saying I would be charged if tampered with. Never was able to get any channels in the TV, tried all options, kept getting a no service alert? I just gave up on it! Left my stay a day early, didn’t even care about the money lost. »

« Our second stay at this lake house. Nice place to get away and spend time as a family. Lake is much lower than our 2021 visit but still had a great time. Just had a little walk down to the lake. Played games, went kayaking and took a hike at a local state park. »
