« We came into town for New Year’s Eve vacation with friends and concert at Austin city limits. Stayed five days/ four nights. House is very cute and was well stocked for us and our two friends. The homeowner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our friends brought their dog, and the house is perfectly located five minutes walk to Lady Bird lake and walking path. Walkable to shops/restaurants on Rainey St and East fifth and E sixth. Super short Uber ride to West side and airport....

« I wanted a short getaway to beat the Austin heat since I had a full house with family staying with me. My dog came too, and I couldn’t find another home at such a great price that also allowed pets, so that was a huge plus. This home was the perfect retreat — the pool complex (with the infinity pool plus four others) was incredible, and there were BBQ grilling areas, both gas and charcoal that were really nice, along with a restaurant next door serving great food and amazing drinks. « The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well...

« Exactly as advertised. Had everything we needed for a wonderful visit. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, Zilker and just around the (hilly) neighborhood. I love to sit outside to drink my coffee and read so the covered balcony was great. The only thing I’d recommend would be to get different chairs for that area because the ones there were very uncomfortable. »
