« I made it to the hotel(if you call it that) at 3:45 am because my flight was delayed. I got to the office to call and they said they cancelled my reservation and gave it to someone else. I’m like can I at least stay tonight since you already got the first day’s pay. They said no. So the biggest weekend in Austin where there was nothing to rent, I was forced to sleep in my car on the first night. It was no consideration for my flight or anything. Horrible customer service »

« The rooms were dirty and dusty. I had to move to another room and because I had already paid for the room and wouldn’t get my money back, I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. There was a smell coming from the air conditioning so I had to put dryer sheets in the AC and buy a can of air freshener to make the room smell better. There was a bullet in my toilet one night and the next there were people out front of the property asking people for money. There were no ice machines...

« Room was dirty full of dog hair and very run down »

« I was there for events I had with the Talarico campaign. I came back to my room super late both nights. First night was awesome; I walked into a clean, well-kept room. The second day, after another long day, I came back to my room, and it had not been cleaned from the night before— nothing refreshed. A little disappointing, but all in all, it was ok I did not get to use any of the amenities, as I was too busy with the campaign events. »

« Classical business hotel in Austin, clean and well maintained. Close to the Arboretum area so good lunch/dinner options close by. Pool and gym a bit disappointing. »

« Pratique avec parking gratuit »
