« This was billed as a luxury rental but there was No toilet paper, no paper towel, basic kitchen utensils, 1 wine glass with stem, 1 wine glass no stem, 5 cup coffee pot, the place was grimy and needs a deep clean (our feet were dirty after 5 minutes out of the shower), the bath mats needed washed, the couch felt damp, there was a rattling from the ac and the guest shower, there is low flow pressure in the guest shower. No ice maker or ice cub tray. The location was good but that’s all. »
