« Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, check in, communication, accommodations. View was amazing, fishing, frog catching, great walks. Again, our family really enjoyed our stay. One of our kids even asked to move there. Host was great, willing to help with anything. We will most likely be staying here on future trips. »

« This cottage is really nice, comfortable, tastefully decorated and accommodated the 6 of us very well. Kitchen and bathrooms are very nice, great screened porch, lots of games, videos etc. Beautiful inside and out. Location was lovely, out in the country on the water but a very quick drive into the city. A couple of the beds were comfortable, some not so much. But overall, a wonderful and very clean place to stay. Excellent owner communication. Highly recommend. »

« While I'd love to echo the others, I can't get to a 5 star for this one. I'll explain with some pros & cons:Pros- Good size home with plenty of beds for our 2 families.- Beautiful lake and nice waterfront.- Layout, kitchen, and back porch are all pretty well designed.Cons- Too often missing those thoughtful and helpful touches that make a VRBO easier when living and cooking for a week. - Like chairs for the firepit. « The house was lovely, located in a great location right on the lake. Easy entry, very clean and they had everything I needed. All cabinets, drawers, etc were labeled so I had no problems finding what I needed. Didn’t take any boats out or go on the water, but I did fish from the dock. Neighbors were very nice. Overall, 5 stars, I would definitely go back. »

« Lovely, cozy stay at the Hillside Cabin. The location was perfect to see Michigan fall colors. Nearby trails were easy to access, finer dining in Grand Rapids was a short drive, and the beautiful kitchen made cooking very easy. Would definitely recommend for a comfy, quiet trip. »
