« As we arrived in KC I received a notice that our stay was canceled and that we were getting a refund. UNACCEPTABLE. We had to quickly find a location for 4 grown men to stay for 3 nights. Your "support" program gave us very little options other than a MOTEL 6!! REALLY!! »
