« No fitness room or sauna as advertised. Spent a lot of time cleaning the outdoor grill. Shower was amazing. Didn't find the life jackets for kayaks. Really enjoyed the kitchen. Outside sitting areas very nice. Struggle to find the sleeping areas as advertised. Plenty of room for 8 but 12 was very crowded for sleeping. Would have been nice to have remotes labeled or book to instruct how to use them all. Overall Keith was a good host and we enjoyed our stay. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for a week long stay in Grand Rapids. The kitchen was well-equipped to allow us to make a few meals at home. Air conditioner worked well on the first floor but was not quite as effective upstairs. Fans were provided, which did help. Easy check in and easy to find. Convenient and relatively quiet location with lots of places to eat nearby. We would stay here again! »

« This is a great spot. Stayed a couple of nights on business. Easy access to the airport, the host is very responsive and helpful and you can walk to Culvers!! I will stay here again and highly recommend. »

« We booked the house for 6 people. There is only seating for 4 people in the living room, and exactly 6 forks. There were only 4 glasses to use. There are no hooks for towels in the main, not claustrophobic, shower. We had a fun time but the house was "tolerable." The basement is very nice with ping pong and fuzz ball. I notified the host about a nail sticking up out of a step and got nothing back. Upstairs bathroom is very nice. We did not use the washer/dryer but they were also nice. Overall we...

« The host was excellent with assisting and answering any questions. And though the house needs some updating and cleaning, it is a great location. The host said they are in the process if updating, so we will book again when in Grand Rapids. »
