« I felt like some things were a little misleading on the listing. I didn't realize that this was an upstairs unit, and it was extremely hot the first few days I was there. There is a portable AC unit, but it had a hard time keeping up with the heat. Also, the post had listed a jetted bathtub, so I had assumed the bathroom was at least a tad updated. There should be a photo of the bathroom included in the listing, because it was an old claw foot tub with a 360 shower curtain on a ring that is...

« This place was modern and cute and even had a record player and records, which we enjoyed. The location is right downtown and within walking distance to shops, museums, and restaurants. »

« Absolutely no negative comments. Our stay was Fri-Sat. The pub downstairs and alley next door created no noise issue for us. The slight hum of the HEPA air purifier in the bedroom may have helped. Despite its small footprint, the unit was spacious and well-appointed. Exactly as described. Also felt very private, as we saw no one else in elevator or stairwells. Definitely would book again, as rental was enjoyable and area was fun to explore. »

« Very nicely done basement in home.Top of line Bose home theater system, and tv equipment. Fun games, nice sauna,hot tub was very relaxing. Furniture was nice, and i would absolutely stay here again.Very clean and comfortable. »

« Apartment was bigger than expected and perfect for the occasion. Slight issue with a clogged drain but Edgar was right on getting it fixed! Check in and check out were smooth. The area is a little depressed and not much around other the Mexican restaurants but it was only 15min drive from Down town Grand Rapids. »
