« The home kitchen had everything you’d need, and VERY SPACIOUS!! The pool and trampoline was def a plus! The bedding was not comfortable, it had the plastic bed wetting covers on it, understandable but every move it made a sound. « The lake house near Westchase was an excellent property. There was plenty of space for a multigenerational stay with 6 adults. Check in was a breeze and communication with Ross was very timely. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. House was very nicely appointed. And lots of fun to be had between the pool, game tables and huge tv! « Our long weekend at the house was great for USF graduation! We had family members in town for the festivities, and the property was great for catching up, playing games, and swimming. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. I would stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a rental house in Tampa! »

« The house is nice and worked for our stay.There are chairs missing from the table in the kitchen, so we were unable to all sit together. Also, not much in the way of usable items in the kitchen so we had to purchase cups for our drinks.The door to one of the bathrooms was very awkward and difficult to use.Overall, it's in a good location and a good, safe neighborhood.
