« Great Stay »

« Good accommodations if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay. Close to historic Ybor downtown and ports, 5 kinescopes rode from downtown and convention center. Neighborhood is a bit rough and I was warned not to be outside by myself past 10PM by several different parties and drivers. I was warned to never be walking around the neighborhood Ybor after midnight - but that didn’t affect me and I had zero issues with any locals, the ones I encountered left me alone or were nice. « Excellent apartment right above bagel shop! Exactly like pictures easy to find and in a great location. Great for a couple- has everything you need to feel at home. »

« House was great »

« Very clean and welcoming with off-street parking space! Owner was immediately responsive to the one question we had when arriving. Perfect overnight stay the day before our cruise! The only downside is that the surrounding neighborhood suffers from some urban decay. »

« Great property and really clean with all the amenities one could ask for. »

« The host was great keeping me informed, and actually offered an early checkin once the property was ready. The home was as described, well appointed, and great for my visit. There was a nice selection of condiments, spices, and even a few ziploc bags which were very appreciated compared to a barren kitchen.5/5 stars, would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tampa. »

« Good property »

« The house layout and functionality was perfect. The place was clean and well organized. Location was perfect- less than 1 mile from Ybor. Some of the finishes need serious repair. Stair treads were missing and others were sloppily repaired. Could be a tripping hazard. Please was not well stocked for a large group (6 adult males). We had to purchase additional consumables like trash bags, tp, soap, etc.Trash cans were over half empty when we arrived. Guests are expected to take and return trash...

« This tiny home is well kept and perfectly located near the heart of Tampa. You are a 10 min car ride to all the attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and there are walkable restaurants that are authentic and delicious. This home has everything you need to enjoy your time in Tampa! »

« Booked last minute and had great communication. Good location for everything and enjoyed relaxing there! »

« Bon accueil. Chambres très confortables. Petit-déjeuner limité dans les choix de plats proposés. Pas de blanchisserie (machine à laver et sèche-linge collectifs). Pas de restaurant pour les repas de midi et du soir. »

« Our stay was very nice! It was clean, nicely decorated and a great location. »

« My only complaint is that I didn’t stay another day to just enjoy the space. Super easy, very cute, and perfect for a solo or couple traveling to explore the city with a nice quiet place to come back to. If I come back, I’ll stay here for sure. »

« This was a great place to stay for easy access to the Stadium. It was clean and a really cute place. The Ms. Pacman was fun while waiting to go to a concert. Bed was comfortable and the split A/C was nice and the fans because it would cool down pretty quickly. The host was perfect; sent us the information we needed to get into the house and a nice reminder of what to do upon checkout, We would stay again. »

« Clean place, lovely staff »

« Piscine non chauffée dommage car trop froide en hiver »

« Great place for a great price. Perfect spot for events at the stadium. Quiet for being close to the stadium. A good accommodation for pets too. »
