Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...

« The Pointe in Tampa was an amazing stay! Tons of amenities, beautiful decor, secure, and all the neighbors were welcoming. They definitely accommodated our needs for the full week we stayed. I recommend Barsala! Great customer service. »

« This is a great little place to stay! We were in town for a concert at Raymond James Stadium and its perfect location within 3 miles of the stadium. It’s so clean and welcoming and Joel is so responsive. Bed is very comfortable and towels and linens are great. There is also a cute little shared outside space. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in town. »

« It was a nice place to stay. Overall everything was clean. In the living room was a 2nd bed instead of a couch which was interesting and would be hard to actually have 2 couples there. But otherwise it was good. Also communication with property owner was great! »

« The property is very clean and well kept. The space is perfect for 2 people. I would have given it a 5 but the bed could use an upgrade and the shower and toilet location are a bit dangerous as they are very high up from the ground. I had to contact Joel because I had an issue with the tv remote and he responded quickly and took care of the problem promptly. The neighborhood is good and in a central location near everything. Overall our stay was great. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Good location. Area is convenient to stores, etc. Another year we would need a larger apartment for the longer stay. Owner very friendly and helpful to our needs. »

« The “king beds” are not the standard king size 76” x 80”. They are more like queen size. I booked two connecting rooms with a king bed and sleeper sofa in each room and the bed and sofa were both smaller than advertised. Very disappointing. »

« Our stay was wonderful! The unit has everything you need and the location is great! Very short walk to the pool and a small beach area that both have plenty of chairs. Owner was very quick with all communication and even checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again. »
