« Super nice location. Great house setup for fun in the sun and the rain. House is well equipped for a rainy day indoors if you run into that. Comfortable and nicely tucked away in Sunrise Beach. »

« The view from the decks were amazing. Nice property the pool table and shuffleboard were great. Could used some updated frying pans Teflon worn, other than that everything you needed to make meals. I would stay again nice touch having some coffee available. »

« I hosted a company retreat here, and this place was incredible. There was plenty of room, though we planned to have more people and I think if everyone showed up as planned, we'd have been a little cramped. I would probably cap attendance at 16 people. The three levels of patio was my favorite part. And every level is well furnished. The theater was exceptional, as all the chairs we so comfortable and placed perfectly. The kitchen was nice and big, and the really high ceiling of the top floor...

« The property owner went out of his way to make things great for us. His boat and property manager was the best and covered everything we needed to know. »

« The slept our entire family of 8 comfortably, the parking is a little tricky but the host explains it well and we made it work. The private dock and quiet cove was enjoyed by all. Having a boat launch close the house was an added benefit as well. We enjoyed the location on MM44, it is definately a lot quieter and more to our liking than being at the lower mile markers. »

« We had a very relaxing time watching the fish jump, seeing the deer and watching the herons. Every amenity was in good working order! »

« Beautiful home! Although pictures are great, they do not do this house justice! So spacious with many updates. We had 19 people, plus day visitors and there was plenty of room inside and out. The dock offered many activities »

« House was perfect for us! Both shower handles need a little work. »

« After having rented many years through VRBO, resorts, condos and houses, this was by far the cleanest and best we’ve had! There is nothing I would change about this house. The dock is great for swimming and the fire pit is awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. One thing you’ll need to pack on your own is beach towels, which some rentals have and others don’t. Not a complaint at all, just FYI for future renters. Thanks from a fellow Iowan!! »
