« We stayed at Woodland for our churches ladies retreat, and we LOVED this home! The cozy living area with the fireplace was very relaxing, and the extra touch of throw blankets for our winter stay was so nice! We loved all the windows with the beautiful lake view, and the very spacious kitchen with the large island for cooking. The host was very accommodating and heated the pool for our stay, and provided quick responses to messages. »

« Really nice place you can tell it was fairly new. Lots of thought went into it. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the hot tub and pool are not on site. They are down a few miles away and closed for off-season but that is to be expected and with the rain our buildings parking lot was a pond where all the other ones were nice and dry a little bit higher up or more gravel would definitely recommend this stay and stay here again, and we have plans in the future to reserve more cabins. « Our family enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday at the lake and had a great experience! The smoker and grill were a bonus feature and allowed us to smoke our Thanksgiving Day turkey and grill steaks the next day. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare the rest of our meals. We enjoyed the fire pit, hammock and one of us even braved a kayak in 40 degree weather! Very peaceful and quiet…just what we were looking for. »

« Tidy place with comfortable beds. Quite a few stairs to reach the kitchen which is located on the lower level and to get down to the water and docks. Access is nearly impossible if you are pulling all but the smallest of trailers due to the narrow, high-banked access road and narrow drive openings hugged by trees, rocks, piles of the chat the parking is made up of and a stone wall on one side. Parking area is down grade in a depression and comprised of soft un-compacted chat. »
