« First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. « Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. « The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....
