« The biggest reason I booked here was because of the space and the pool. That being said, I was told the pool wasn’t open for the season which wasn’t communicated to me. The space was great, although one of the room’s ac unit was broken (being held together with tape) and ended up being extremely hot in the room. While there, the elevator stopped working (only one was working at a time). Luckily I had already brought my luggage upstairs and only had to climb up to the 10th floor once with light...

« Great location if you’re going to State Farm arena as we were able to walk there in under 20 min. The apartment could have been cleaner. It smelled bad in the room and the hallways. Very out dated and the plug in the bathroom did not work. However, if you don’t mind these things, not a bad stay for only one night. »

« The host was stellar. Very responsive, both before and during the stay. The size of the place was good deal for the price. Fresh towels. And we appreciated the touch of coffee and creamer already stocked and waiting. But there was no air-conditioning at all during our stay, which made the place quite warm. The front desk was rarely staffed or guarded. And the host's posted notes about the building being under construction and the parking lot being a bit of a sketchy mess were on point. »

« The host was fantastic - very quick responses and very helpful with any questions I had. As another review has mentioned, the shower water can only be boiling hot or freezing cold. The building itself definitely needs some TLC so just be aware of this before you arrive and I felt slightly nervous there with young children, but overall we enjoyed our stay. »
