The yard had toys strewn all over it, there was a car parked beside the drive that was being used as a storage facility, holes in the floor, the toilets had dried urine and pubic hairs stuck to the bases, there was granola in the primary bed, food wrappers stuck in a windowsill, a crack in the center of the front door that light could pass through, wet towels in the washer - that was unplugged and the water...

« When we arrived at the location of the vrbo home, we had no information to be able to get into the house. We ended up having to sleep in our truck The night the host offered a 75, which I never did receive and then the stove didn't work. There was rusted water coming out of the faucets in the house. There was no heat except a little space Heater, in every room which at 32, the space heaters, was doing all I could do to keep warm. We actually left early and came home. The fans didn't work. « Cozy 2br/1ba unique rental. The host was very communicative and responsive, very quiet area as well. The city it is in is small and there are not many dining places or grocery stores, but the rental price was good and fairly priced for the area. »

« Rick was great in all aspects of my stay. He responded promptly to all communications and was very helpful with my schedule. I was in town for work and had an extended stay they even had maid service come in and clean and restock supplies on multiple times. I would recommend it for anyone »
