« Someone really went the extra mile when decorating this house. It feels magical, especially outside with the pond, waterfall, fireplace and deck. The host got back to us almost instantly whenever we had a question. My only small complaint was the beds upstairs could be better. Would definitely stay here again. It was also 15 min from Mammoth Caves so that was super convenient. »

« We had been traveling for a while when we came to stay at Ida’s Cottage and we immediately felt at home and peaceful. I regretted that we couldn’t stay longer! Plenty of room for everyone (we had 3 young kids with us), big kitchen and living area, and super comfortable beds. The location was great too. Easy drive to Mammoth Cave and a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again! »

« What was unique about the property?It had a hot tub and that’s why I booked it…what was also unique about the property is it had a camera above the hot tub that was not disclosed the owners tried to play it off as saying they turn it off when you get there the whole time I was creeped out and felt like I was being watched. « What a sweet little property! My husband and another couple were planning a trip to Mammoth Cave and saw that the hotels in the area were not exactly luxury. This Vrbo short term rental was perfect. The on line description is very accurate. We had questions about the check in and the hosts were very responsive. Easy peasy!. Highly recommend. »
