« Amazing place. If you want a relaxing stay with a awesome view, this is the place. Loved just sitting on the HUGE deck reading a book, looking at the mountains and watching the deer stroll through the property. The cabin has everything you could want and more. It is VERY dog friendly. A remote location that is just 15 min drive to town that has anything you need from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and movie theater. Will definitely stay here again when need to just get away! »

« One of the most beautiful VRBOs we’ve stayed in. New home with lovely decorating, awesome view, and every amenity one can think of. Not just hot tub and ping pong but keurig plus coffee pot, fully stocked kitchen, wood for firepit, detergent for laundry, basketball hoop, yard for football, wine and local popcorn, etc. So thoughtfully done.The driveway was a little scary, so I would not stay here in heavy rain or snow/ice. We managed to get up and down the driveway in our Toyota Sienna (2wd) but...

« It was like going back in time but with modern conveniences. We had the best time at this 200 plus year old house. Loved the wrap around porch for relaxing evenings. The hot tub was a huge hit. Relaxation for all to enjoy. Highly recommend this beautiful house. »

« Cute cabin in the heart of the mountains. If you're looking to get away from it all, this is it. Set up with mostly everything you need. Be cautious there isn't a lot close by so have what you need ahead of time. About a 30 minute drive to gas stations, places to eat. Walmart was 45 minutes for groceries. Nice set up for kiddos in second bedroom. Cell service isn't great driving through the area but WiFi was good at the property. Not a lot of marked areas to explore but Google helped us a long....

« They have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property was so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed all the animals, it was fun to walk and look at them. The porch with the rockers was awesome. Such comfortable rockers, made you want to sit for hours. It is a well maintained and clean property. We highly recommend this property. »

Hosts were very responsive and dedicated to making our experience enjoyable. 10 of us that gathered for a wedding weekend in Green Mountain and this home served as a great landing pad to relax and enjoy each other's company between events. The drive up is steep and bumpy, but the views and remote location at the very top of the hill are worth it! « The place was perfect with a great host. I was a relaxing view and peaceful place to take a break and visit with friends who lost everything in Helene last year. Greenville is a Historic town as is the State of Franklin area. This was the perfect place for us and had everything you would need for a weeks stay. We hope to be back again. »

« We (2 seniors and 3 girls - 5 to 11) had the BEST week at the Farm Barn. We were enchanted with the baby pigs and goats, the swing was a huge hit and Farmer Steve was patient and allowed the girls to help him. We will never forget our week. Thank you. It was hot part of the week and not having A/C made it sticky but it truly was the only negative. And we would not have traded the experience. »

« This trip could not have been any better! The house was clean with the perfect layout for our group. Everyone enjoyed the farm tour and smores party, seeing and meeting all the animals, watching the piglets, holding baby chicks etc. There is so much room outside to explore and play. It’s so peaceful, none of us really wanted to go home. Kids are already planning our next visit. »

« This is the third time our church has rented the property in some capacity from Joe and it is always a joy being there. Joe is the ideal host, readily available, quick to respond, and extending warmth and welcome. We always recommend going to his food truck on the property too--delicious BBQ! Cannot recommend Joe as a host or this property highly enough. Truly a joy to stay there every time! »

« Whoa! Cannot begin to explain the beauty of this newly renovated farmhouse. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals throughout the year and this, by far, is at the top of my list. The host did such a great job with updating the farmhouse, with still leaving its 1915s charm. The houses' decor is a boho whimsical dream! The rental is very well supplied: iron, blow dryer, laundry machines, shampoo/conditioner, espresso machine&&pods :), cleaning supplies, and my favorite part tons and tons of comfy...
