« It was very easy communicating with the owners, before and during our stay. The property was perfect size for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. It is easy access to Publix. We had a great time in the hot tub and pool and both were clean. There are some fun outdoor games provided. We loved the large dining table. We could all eat together and play games. If I have to say something that others need to know… as of our stay there was not iron (which was needed) and there needs to be hooks in...

« Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset in the rolling hills of Sweetwater, TN. Property owners were very nice and enjoyed staying in the quiet, clean and comfortable studio apartment beside the stable. Would definitely vacation there again. »

We never got to enjoy the hot tub or the enticing lighted fire-pit, but we plan on taking advantage of these offerings and so much more! « We had an eventful week for a wedding and the farm house was the perfect place to come back to. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The relaxing atmosphere and peaceful vibe was incredible. I really can say this was above and beyond perfect. The owners were quick to communicate and helpful with all that was going on. « Awesome place for 2 people and our kiwi our shibu in dog. Quiet place,just like we wanted. Plenty of room for Kiwi to roam.Loved the hot tub.Definitely come back.Close enough to town.Just an awesome place overall. Plus the cabin had plenty of room and clean. »

« We really loved the Duke. It is perfect for a quick getaway with your spouse. The hosts were quick to respond and accommodating with a few small requests that we had. We plan on coming back the next time we need a weekend to ourselves. »

« We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was clean. Plenty room and fully stocked with even the smallest details for the 10 of us. The host was great and easy to work with. A breaker tripped and the host was fast to get it reset. Great host and wonderful home. »

« The guest house was very peaceful and call me. We were there during a time of bereavement and it was a special place to us. It was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and inviting. The snacks on the kitchen table were a bonus! Communicating with the host and owners was also a plus. « First off, 15 min away from the Cumberland river and the Kentucky lake, can’t beat that. Plus like 10min to great swimming/ fishing holes in upper standingrock creek, lost creek and lick creek. That’s just the stuff near by! Not to mention the squirrels, turkey, and deer available to hunt during season! I got 2 turkey in the field behind the house! Part of standing rock creek runs three the back of the property too. Cool for rock hunting and catching crawdaddies, but not so much swimming. Unless...

« The house was very comfy very quiet outside you couldn’t hear nothing. The patio was awesome. We could sit out there all night and talk and not bother anyone the beds were very comfortable. The main thing is the place was spotless.! we had stopped and got a few things like soap and shampoo and paper towels all that was here already! »

« We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious. »
