« I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. But everything looked care for and in working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. I loved that the bedroom and the living room had a tv with many channels and apps. The balcony...

« The towels and wash clothes were stained and dirty. The drapes did not completely cover the front window which allowed the bright light outside to enter the room. Who wants to sleep with the light on? The small shampoo bottle provided was already open and only half full. The sink had hot water but the shower did not. It was obvious that water had been leaking for quite some time at the top of the front window and mold clearly evident. »
