« Great location and very close to downtown Van Alstyne and the property was close to our family that we were visiting. The property was clean, quiet and very spacious and provided what we needed during our stay. Bathroom has a nice size walk-in shower and the bed in the full bedroom was very comfortable. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which were resolved quickly by our host. We would recommend this property to others and we would consider staying again at the property in the future. »

« Wasn't given any check in information. Unit was changed before we arrived. Had to make a report ti vrbo. Owner didn't communicate until vrbo got involved. Never stayed and they kept my money. Complete rip off. »

« We enjoyed our weekend stay at this charming little place. We were the first guest and there were a few little hiccups that were taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. We would definitely stay again when we plan another trip to Lake Texoma! »

« 85-87 degrees in the house throughout our stay with poor response from property.. Definitely WELL BELOW the standards we have come to expect. Unfinished concrete under kitchen island & kitchen sink area; No doors except on bathroom. All other areas separated by only curtains. Only areas worth mentioning are bathroom shower and coffee bar area.Very dissatisfied and disappointed. »
