« Upon arrival to the house we discovered that the bed in the spare room was not what was shown in the online photos of the house. The bed frame was broken and we had to find some wood in the garage to prop up the frame and the mattress was not comfortable. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was broken off the wall and laying on the floor. I sent an email to the owner making her aware of these problems and she thanked me so she could address them. However, it was not taken care of while...

« The Lakeland home was wonderful and the property owners were very quick to answer questions! They even bought extra kitchen supplies for us to have during our stay (we were cooking a lot since it was Thanksgiving). The kids had a blast learning how to play pool and we all enjoyed s’mores at the firepit in the evening.The only thing I might suggest adding is a few more kitchen utensils and plates.
