« If you are looking to stay at the Italy Inn, you should know that it is the upstairs of a large convenience store. Not much there in ways of amenities or scenery, but it will do in a pinch. « Paid for a suite and got a regular room. Could not get refund because I booked through Expedia. Fairfield inn gave away my prepaid suite and put me in a standard room and compensated me by throwing me bags of chips from their overpriced food shelf. Will not do Expedia again and will not do Fairfield inn again. The clerk at Fairfield inn also did the same thing to my friend until he demanded a suite that he paid for and they gave him one after telling him one wasn’t available. The clerk lied to...
