« Great for 4 people. Living room very comfortable for gathering, as was the large kitchen table. Perhaps pen and paper, cards and puzzel and paper plates and large trash bags could be provided. Kitchen, internet and TV great. Front steps need repair. Hope to stay again some day. Host was easy to reach via phone. »

« The place was very nice with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. We were somewhat surprised that the only entry was from the garage level. It was nice to have the stair lift but then we had to go up another flight of steps to get to the bedrooms. We had a few ladies that have trouble walking and we weren’t prepared for this. It might be helpful to annotate this on VRBO. Thank you. »

« Everything was great. The home was clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, the only downside was that the hot water heater stopped working partway through our stay. They did send someone out to fix it, which temporarily did fix the problem, but then it stopped working again. The property manager was very helpful and considerate in trying to get everything fixed. »

« This was one of the best rentals we have stayed in. Everything from the towels, bedding and all the nice touches like a stocked coffee station, puts a luxury touch on your stay. You are right downtown and can walk to so many excellent restaurants. Will definitely be back! »

« We've stayed in many rental homes in various cities and this was the cleanest we've ever experienced. We stayed here for graduation weekend at Miami OH. The only downside was the distance from campus, but for the price and updates that have been made, it was worth the drive. Would definitely recommend staying here! »

« Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself. »

« This property is beautifully decorated with a large yard and deck overlooking the property. The hot tub was great, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Adam was very responsive to messages, and the house is convenient to many downtown Cincinnati attractions and the village of Northside that has lots of great shops and restaurants. The driveway up to the house is very steep, so expect to need 4WD in winter weather, but there is adequate parking for 2-3 cars once you reach the top. »
