Sleepy Nook - Blue Townhome can sleep 4 people and is centrally located in the city of Hamilton and literally only steps to the new Spooky Nook Sports and Convention center. Freshly remodeled, it is situated next to the Complex and is ideal for weddings, convention goers, remote work, and visitors to Hamilton. This Townhome is also within walking distance or a short drive to all of Hamilton's bars, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Also a convenient drive to MIAMI University Campus, Kings Island, and Cincinnati / Dayton.

Had a wonderful stay in Sleepy Nook. Townhouse was clean and updated. Loved the touches that the host did to the place. Appreciated the amenities. Loved the location since we were right across the street from the Sleepy Nook recreation center. Everyone could walk over on their own schedule.

Comfortable, convenient, quiet. We enjoyed a short stay here while our kids were competing at Spooky Nook. We found the short walk to main street really easy. The condo has everything, although we weren't there long it was equipped for more that what we needed. We appreciated the quiet getaway from the highly energized venue across the street.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable—every detail had been considered. When I saw the listing, I felt an instant connection just from the photos. When I arrived, it was even better in person.The space was welcoming and peaceful, and I truly felt at home from the moment I walked in. I’m so grateful for the care and attention the hosts have clearly put into making guests feel comfortable. I highly recommend the hosts and the space.

Robert and Nisa are some of the best property managers we’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is top notch. This unit is so clean, so cute, and perfect for what our family of 4 needed. We were in town over the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament at Spooky Nook. This unit is steps away from the facility. Took maybe 3mins to walk there as there’s a gate across the street from the house. Saved us from having to pay for parking each day. And it was nice to be able to come back and forth to the house in between games, etc. If we ever have to return here, we’ll definitely try to book with Robert and Nisa again!

Cozy and Comfortable

The property is as described and shown in pictures in the listing. The owners provide bonuses like bottled water, small snacks, and toiletries. We immediately felt comfortable. This property's location is relatively quiet with low traffic. I Was in town for my child's graduation from Miami, which is less than 30 minutes away and an easy drive. Hamilton's downtown is a quick drive or Uber and offers several great dining options. The owners are quick to respond to any inquiries.

Super clean well stocked home

Owners were super accommodating and communicated well. House was clean, organized and had everything we needed. Only downside was the noise of freight trains which can be heard at night and early mornings (i sleep with my window open so that definitely increased my ability to hear them). Otherwise it was a great spot.

The place to be for Spooky Nook

We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The host was incredible and very welcoming. Everything you could possibly need and more. Walking distance to the venue which is a blessing in itself due to the inconvenience in parking. Will absolutely stay here again for the next tournament. Thank you very much!!!

This unit was clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with items beyond what we could imagine! The pictures are accurate, and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a good variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very responsive! We would book again if in the area.

Nice little apartment

This is a duplex property with shared driveway parking for one car. It’s right beside the spooky nook athletic complex. We were in town for a softball tournament. The place was clean, the beds were comfy. The owners thought of all the things to make it a comfortable stay and even supplied some snacks and drinks wich was helpful before we got to the grocery store!
