« Clean and good staff »

« Totally neglected. Staff was beyond rude. Denied basic human necessities such as toilet paper and towels. They told me that they realize they don’t have necessities for guest and if I have a problem with it to take it up with Expedia at the end, they asked me if I wanted a receipt I said yes and they said well we’re not gonna give you one take it up with Expedia. »

« I was impressed with how well preserved the home was. I didn't notice if it was there but a little house history would have been fun to know. Like what year it was built.Our stay was lovely. This has been a difficult year for my family, a lot of heartbreak & heartache. This was a nice opportunity for my adult son, adult daughter and her 10 year old son, and my husband, their step father, to spend time together, for us to all have a change of senery and just enjoy being together. »

« The overall stay was great. The B unit was like brand new. Lots of coffee was provided and the coffee machine was amazing. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. I wasn’t given an entry code so we had to use an app on the phone to get in every time which was annoying. Be sure to ask for a code. We only had 6 bath towels for 4 people so we had to do a load of towels every day. The laundry machines were great though. In case anyone has certain needs, here are some additional...
