« Expedia / Belvilla REFUSED to answer my question - 3 TIMES! I simply asked - 3 TIMES - What kind of facility will we stay at: Apartment, Home, Condo, Hotel, Motel. Well 3 times they said it would be accommodating and comfortable and fantastic. Well, no wonder they refused to answer. It turned out to be a run-down, loitering-people-filled, parked junk-cars -filled Motel. We left immediately, found another Hotel to use, AND Expedia/ Belvilla has not yet replied to our request for a FULL REFUND....

« We spent two nights at this location. We were able to walk to downtown and the distillery district. Close by downtown and great restaurants. »

« Very convenient to the Frankfort area and areas surrounding. Loved the historic aspect of Frankfort and surrounding areas. Bourbon distilleries and eating very close and easy to get to. »

« The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing. »

« The Bourbon on Broadway location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, not to mention the one below us. The unit itself was all that anyone could ask for . Clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. My wife and I are already planning our return trip. »
