« My family gathered from 5 states at Dayna's. The house was very comfortable for our family reunion. We used the house as a landing pad for local activities. We never felt crowded due to the multiple living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms. »

« Really great place to stay, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Communicative hosts who graciously allowed us an early check-in. Would have loved to enjoy the backyard, grill and deck but the Kansas heat dome had other ideas. Would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Lawrence with a group. »

« This property was an incredible stay! Mike was more than accommodating and his communication was incredible. We had a group 13 for a girls weekend and we had plenty of space to spread out! The pool was an awesome addition and the outdoor space was so much fun! One day we stayed at the house all day and had a cookout- perfect space for it! Plus, the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful! Everyone person in our group was blown away and wants to book again for their own family! »

« We enjoyed our time very much at grandma Bs. It’s proximity to downtown Desoto was great! It was very clean! Check in was super easy! Angela was very responsive when we had a need. We had 6 adults. The twin beds were slightly short for an average adult, but comfortable otherwise. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We stayed here this weekend for my niece’s wedding. It was a perfect fit for our group. Plenty of room for the family. The girls in the wedding got hair and makeup done in the kitchen/dining room. We LOVED the big open floor plan which included the living room. The owners were very responsive and went above and beyond our expectations. Very friendly to talk to and genuinely wanted us to have a great weekend making family memories! Nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We’d definitely stay here...

« We booked this property for a wedding weekend in Olathe, and it met our needs. We have older kids (college, high school age), and there is plenty of space to spread out. That said, this would also be a great spot for people with young children. The playset looked like it would be really fun. All communications with Evolve were great and they were very responsive once we were onsite. »

« We had a great time here. We had 1 of our married kids and 3 granddaughters come with us and our other 2 kids and a wife along with our grandson who live in KC join us for most of the days. It was very spacious and met our needs. There was a pool table and ping pong table in the basement and a full backyard. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Easy access to interstates to explore the city »

« Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great...
