« The unit itself was perfect. The common areas were a lil brat up and trash pick up was slow. Trash tended to pile up in the common areas. Not the most sound proof but fine overall. Could hear neighbors above walking. Could hear the street traffick and bar across the street. Loved that you cld open the windows for fresh air and the patio view of the city was awesome! »

« Clean and convenient. No need to ever drive to get even groceries in the three days I was in Golden. It was my second stay at Betsy’s place. »

« Great Location in Denver with an amazing pizza place next door. We did a great walk from the house to the botanical gardens and then Cherry Creek shopping district. We found the home to be clean and well appointed. We plan on returning. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« Excellent location with easy walk in town! Apt. Was super clean, bed was very comfy, and anything you could need was there! Owner thought of everything! Highly recommend! If we ever are fortunate enough to make it back, we’ll definitely stay here again »
