Summary:

This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Golden, Colorado within walking distance to delicious restaurants and local shops! With a comfortable living area, well appointed rooms, and easy access to Clear Creek and local trails, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the mountains, downtown Golden, or nearby Denver.



Denver Airport: Located 40 to 45 minutes Via I-70.

Red Rocks: A 12 to 15 minute drive.

Interstate 25: About a 20 minute drive.



The Space:

The condo is located on the third floor with views of the town and the surrounding Rocky Mountains. There are 2 Bedrooms and 2 full size Bathrooms with one Queen bed in the guest room, and one King bed in the Master bedroom. There is a queen size air mattress available with extra linens and pillows.



The kitchen, living room, and dining room are spaciously combined with excellent views of the mountains and a balcony to enjoy the view on.



Guest Access:

There is a unique 4 digit code that is given to you prior to entering the building so you will get a key fob to access the secure doors and elevator. You will then get another unique 4 digit code to enter the condo unit. There are 2 designated parking spots located in the parking garage.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is conveniently situated off of a quiet main street in Golden and is near Clear Creek and local restaurants and shops.



Getting Around:

If you don't have a vehicle, there are many alternatives. Shops, restaurants, attractions, and bars are all located within a short distance from each other.



If you’d like to explore Golden by bike, the city offers plenty of options with dedicated bike lanes and well-maintained trails. You’ll find routes that wind through downtown as well as paths that lead straight into the foothills.



FlexRide is a shuttle bus service operated by RTD. Riders can book a ride up to 30 days in advance, and FlexRide will pick you up at your chosen location and take you to your destination in the Golden area! Visit the FlexRide website for more information on scheduling a ride.



The Regional Transportation District (RTD) operates two city buses in Golden throughout the year:



RTD Route 17: Goes through downtown Golden and connects visitors to the Oak Station W Line stop and Federal Center Station hub in Lakewood.

RTD Route GS: Connects Golden with Boulder and Lakewood, passing through the University of Colorado, the Colorado School of Mines, and Federal Center Station.
