« I continue to come back and stay at this hotel. The reasons are: accommodation for my needs, clean room, good beds. I’m unable to hear others. There are 2 items that are easy to fix they are refrigerator tends to freeze items, pillows are to soft. Next time I stay I’ll have the staff come with me to look at temperature of refrigerator. I’ll bring my own pillow. I would recommend this hotel. »

« Une catastrophe!!! Fuyez! Pour commencer, à 14h la réceptionniste très peu aimable et avenante, nous a vertement indiqué que le Check in était seulement à 15h, ce que je comprends. Mais à 15h05, on m’a dit Sunil fallait revenir vers 15h30 car ce n’etait Pas prêt. Bref... ensuite, la chambre était petite, nous avons réservé pour 3 ( mes deux enfants et moi), on m’a donné un petit lit double et un canapé convertible, enfin ce qui en avait l’air! « Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille (2 adultes et 4 enfants). Le service est formidable. Les petits déjeuners et les repas du lundi, mardi et mercredi soir sont très bons. Petits bémols: le terrain de tennis qui est plutôt un terrain de badminton et suelques petits désagréments dans la chambre (insonorisation pas au top, un peu d'humidité et un wc qui était souvent bouché). L'équipe est souriante et réactive à la moindre demande. Top »

« There is no laundry service per say, but washing machines publicly available. This is nice to have, but a laundry service in addition would just be perfect for you to choose. Excellent breakfast ! The buffet is perfect ! »

« This hotel is fantastic---it was beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. My room was nice and spacious and I enjoyed the fitness center and excellent breakfast. It was a great location, 25 minutes from downtown with mountain views. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. So happy with my choice to stay here. »
