« Checkin process took 25 minutes. Had to wait for an email, that kept being sent to junk, and then had to upload a picture of my photo id and wait for some remote location to approve my id (10 minutes). Then had to complete multiple forms on a laptop the host had to dig out from a closet. Then had to wait again wait for emails that never arrived to accept more forms. The host was great, the process was an absolute disaster. The checkin process was 25 times longer than the checkin process at...

« The location was terrific for walking to great parks, the Botanical Gardens, Cherry Creek shopping and dining. The host was quick to answer our questions. In any other season, it would have been a better choice for me. My big mistake was, as a southern girl used to air conditioning, failing to notice that the unit did not have A/C. « The property was clean and in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants. The employees at the reception area were courteous and helpful. My only complaint is that the studio unit I was in had limited seating. It had a round table with 2 padded chairs. This could be improved by having the TV mounted on the opposite wall. »

« Environnement calme, chambre et literie correctes. Personnel à l’accueil disponible. Ventilation bruyante »

« Exactly as described. Good choice for longer stay. »

« Safe place a short ride from downtown. »
