« Unfortunately the rental unit was not as described. We arrived and the house was very, very dirty. We attempted to clean it ourselves and left it better than we found it, but ultimately decided to leave and did not stay in the house overnight at all…for what was supposed to be a one week stay. We opted for a hotel. We reached out to Vrbo for help to get any kind of refund; however, the host refused to give a refund and Vrbo said they couldn’t make hosts give refunds regardless of the state of...
