« Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille ! Super avec des enfants bien sûr ! La chambre était spacieuse, propre et calme ! Après c'est quand même très cher sans avoir la restauration incluse ni les casiers à la piscine ! Manque un peu de propreté à la piscine où tout le monde rentre avec des chaussures et des vêtements et même de la nourriture de partout. »

The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again. »

« Absolutely an amazing place to stay. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the rooms are excellent and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. We have stayed at almost every hotel in the area and this was by far the best. We will be choosing the Omni as our preferred hotel from now on. »

« Chambre 1119 avec lit king size très confortable. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Dallas. Très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécéssaires. Parking gratuit sécurisé. Très belle et grande chambre. Pas de coffre ni baignoire. Piscine et jacuzzi extérieurs non testés. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Points négatifs : Situé au bord de l'autoroute. Mauvaise insonorisation ce qui fait que c'est bruyant en permanence même au milieu de la nuit. Offre "kickback" de 17h30...

« The hotel was clean, the restaurant staff were very helpful, food was excellent and everything would have been perfect until the morning I checked out. The lady who assisted me was not pleasant, had difficulty making eye contact, and did not explain why I had to pay an extra $44 for parking. The only excuse I got was, “that’s what they charge”. I would have appreciated clarification and/or a more detailed explanation. I would highly suggest putting someone more pleasant in her position. »
