« The loveliest place to unwind and relax. In fact, that’s all we did! The view of Desoto Falls from the screened porch was spectacular as was the sound of the rain hitting the metal roof. Mentone is a beautiful little village with the perfect market and outstanding restaurants. Our host could not have been more welcoming. We can’t wait to get back! »

« This cottage is beautiful! Decorated so tastefully and so cozy and comfortable.Great location! Very convenient to restaurants and the road is paved all the way in. Beautiful sunsets behind the mountains on the front porch and morning coffee on the lovely screened in back porch. We look forward to coming back next year! »

« Open design with elements of mid century and modern day mixed. I like older homes for their lived in feel. The furnishings in the bed rooms and the vintage paint by number paintings are my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deck on the back of the house provides a great view off the brow. »

« Nice and quiet and way off the road, you’re on a farm with animals, yet it wasn’t noisy at all, they would greet me every morning at the fence to say hi, lol.The rooftop A/C drowns out any noises around the area, we slept great throughout the nights there. Owners were super responsive and helpful, we were there to look into moving into the area and take in nature, everything was great. »

« We stayed at this very clean home for our 50th wedding anniversary. The secluded cabin is in a quiet location yet very convenient to Chattanooga and Cloudland State Park. Every conceivable amenity you could want is provided. It is obvious that James and Angela have done everything possible to make their guests comfortable and welcome. We were delighted to find a gift bag on the porch with a generous gift that had been left for us by our hosts for our golden anniversary. Such a kind gesture....

« Hot tub was so relaxing and the garden spot was almost whimsical at night the way the entire thing lite up. The multitude of crickets singing at night was amazing and I’m certain a bullfrog frequents the garden fountain as I heard his croaking as well. I would stay again. Very homey feel »
