« We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. « We visited this property last year for a rare kid-free getaway and decided to make it an annual trip. It was just as great as I remembered! The location is incredibly private and quiet. The house itself was comfortable and extremely clean. Really couldn't have asked for more and I'm sure we'll be back again soon! »

« The property was very beautiful and peaceful!! The service was awesome!! We had very few issues, but when we did they responded quickly and promptly!! We would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful family getaway!! »

« The house was very nice and very clean and well organized. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is very remote and it is quite a drive to get to anywhere that has a store, but there is a Dollar General that isn’t that far away. We would highly recommend staying at this place. »

« I can’t say enough good things about this adorable little gem of a house we found! It exceeded all of our expectations! Super clean, close to everything yet had that country feel and had all of the amenities we could ask for and then some. I loved learning about the history of this quaint little farmhouse too! I only wish we had more days to spend here but we will keep this location in mind the next time we want to stay in the area! »
